Rm 12 Game show’s!

Rm 12 have been working hard on developing their oral language. Part of their unit was to develop a game show as a group and present this to the class. They had a lot of fun doing this and it was great to see the oral language confidence coming out! Well done Rm 12.

CONGRATULATIONS TO BILL

A huge well done to Bill Clarkson for his award from the Taranaki Regional Council for ‘Environmental action in education’. As you know, Bill has a great link with our school as well as Moturoa and Frankley schools.

Rm 10’s ‘Cardboard Arcade’

Rm 10 have been doing some collaborating around technology. It is great to see the kids developing, designing, re-designing and summarising their designs! All the classes could book in to play the kids arcades and were given 7 tokens. The group with the most tokens at the end of today wins the ‘Arcade trophy’.

CAR FREE DAY!

This morning the Class Reps ran the ‘Car free day’ which means for every kid that walked, ran, biked or scootered to school got a pancake for breakfast!!

Well done to Harrison who was the Pukeko for the morning – he certainly earned his pancake!
